We are a small family restaurant, coming from Paraguay.  We have created a rustic, warm and welcoming space, to share unforgettable moments; thanks to a treat as professional and personal as possible. We are located in the  surroundings of Varadero, Puerto del Carmen, with amazing sea views. We wall be delighted if you would come to share a great experience. We stand out not only due to the service and excepcional quality of our dishes, Lomo Alto in special,  but also due to the typical fishes in the area.

In our dishes we can appreciate a perfect mix between local products and Latin flavour, not to mention our main character, the grill.

The grill is in charge of giving to the meal the smell and its characteristic flavour.

In spite of this being obvious we must say it! The meat’s grill flavour is characteristic and unique in this type of preparation.

The grill enhances a more authentic and natural flavour of the meat, it is what makes it a true delight.

Lomo Alto is by excellence,  the cut for those who want to enjoy an undercooked meat or to the point. It consists in a 400 grams piece of meat, which is completely boneless. It’s tenderness, juicyness and flavour, stand out in the same level. This cut is located between the fifth to the tenth rib or alone the spine, it contains three muscles, areas which have different flavours and texture,  a whole experience for the palate.

If you wish you may enjoy a relaxing sunset accompanied with a paella and local wines, a Malvasía of course. Our local wines belong to La Geria, the winery area in the island. There, the uas the traditional cultivation, grapes grow in fertile volcanic grand. The white wine of volcanic Malvasía are outstanding due to a wonderful acidity, salty notes coming from the humidity routes in the Alisios winds, full of sea water and a nice structure in mouth.

The Iberic rib, another of our main dishes is spiced with a variety of spices, a family secret, obtaining a popular flavour coming from the Latin kitchen. Baked on low heat for two hours, we end up with a tender and juicy texture; to condude we give the last touch with red hot ember. Gaining on external crunchy coat with a awesome grill flavour which we like so much.

If what you are looking for is a light flavary and fresh dish , do not hesitate in ordering our fish of the day. We garnish our fishes with a mix salad or sautéed seasonal vegetables and of course! With our popular Canarian wrinkled potatoes with its traditional sauces: red and green mojo.
